The Center at District56 has eight separate spaces and handles lists well past five hundred. Evergreen Springs by Wedgewood Weddings seats two hundred and twenty-five with a stage. Valley Hi Country Club runs from fifty to three hundred across a Tuscan-style clubhouse, a lakeside ceremony spot and a garden courtyard. Laguna Town Hall adds a banquet hall in a Mediterranean park setting, and McConnell Estates Winery puts a barn and vineyards a short drive south. That capacity is not incidental — Elk Grove celebrates in large, multi-generational gatherings, and the sculpture has to work at that scale. Scale is mostly a sightline problem. In a room of four hundred, a centrepiece sized for eighty is invisible past the third table, and a piece that only looks right from the front is wrong for a room people circulate through all evening. Sculptures for rooms this size are carved to be read from every angle and from a distance, then detailed for the people who come close.
