Ice Sculptures in Elk Grove

Hand-carved ice for the big ones — weddings, milestone birthdays, quinceañeras and banquets built for a very long guest list.

Elk Grove

Guest lists here run longer than anywhere else in the metro.

The Center at District56 has eight separate spaces and handles lists well past five hundred. Evergreen Springs by Wedgewood Weddings seats two hundred and twenty-five with a stage. Valley Hi Country Club runs from fifty to three hundred across a Tuscan-style clubhouse, a lakeside ceremony spot and a garden courtyard. Laguna Town Hall adds a banquet hall in a Mediterranean park setting, and McConnell Estates Winery puts a barn and vineyards a short drive south. That capacity is not incidental — Elk Grove celebrates in large, multi-generational gatherings, and the sculpture has to work at that scale. Scale is mostly a sightline problem. In a room of four hundred, a centrepiece sized for eighty is invisible past the third table, and a piece that only looks right from the front is wrong for a room people circulate through all evening. Sculptures for rooms this size are carved to be read from every angle and from a distance, then detailed for the people who come close.

Services

What we carve for Elk Grove events

Large-Format Centerpieces

Scaled to be read from the back of a room of four hundred, carved to be correct from every angle, and detailed for the people who come close.

Ice Bars for Long Bars

A carved bar built for the volume a large banquet actually puts through it, holding form from the first pour to the last.

Drink Luges

An interactive piece for a room that circulates all evening, placed where the crowd already gathers rather than where the floor plan is empty.

Food Display at Scale

Carved trays and raw-bar beds for a long buffet, sized so the display holds temperature across a service that runs for hours.

How It Works

Booking a piece for a large event

Send the guest count and the venue

Those two numbers decide the size of the piece before anything is drawn. A room at District56 and a garden courtyard need different sculptures.

We sketch to the room

You get a drawing with real dimensions and a sightline note — where it should stand, and what it will look like from the far tables.

Carving begins the week of the event

Ice is carved close to the date, not stockpiled. That is what keeps clarity and detail at their best when the piece reaches the room.

We deliver and set it in place

The piece arrives finished and is set where it will stand. For long events we will tell you honestly how it will look at hour four.

How many people, and how big is the room?

Guest count and venue are the two numbers that decide the piece. Send those and the date, and we will size it properly.
