Terms & Conditions

Order, payment, delivery, liability, and cancellation terms for Montaire Ice Sculptures.

Montaire Ice Sculptures LLC will provide the ice sculpture(s) outlined in the invoice for the described event(s). Small changes may be made between design and production phases to increase stability and/or functionality. Our sculptures (minimum one block) come complete with delivery, a drain system, and white LED lighting.

Payment

We prepare each order as soon as it is paid in full. These are ice sculptures, folks, so ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS, as we are dealing with custom-made one-of-a-kind sculptures made specifically for you. Payment must be made in full at least 14 days before the event, so we have time to make your beautiful sculptures. For Montaire Ice Sculptures LLC to begin your order request, a $100 non-refundable deposit must be paid towards your invoice. Again, the balance is to be paid in full 14 days before the date of delivery. Invoices paid by card are subject to a 3% processing fee.

Delivery

The delivery is included for a minimum order of one block within a 75-mile driving radius of our location. Depending on your location and the size of the sculpture, there may be additional fees for delivering your work of art.

Liability

Client shall provide Montaire Ice Sculptures with a level, stable, and safe surface able to support the full weight of the sculpture to present the display. Montaire Ice Sculptures will not be held responsible for faulty sculpture support (tables, bars, stands, etc.) or the result of guests bumping into the display during the event. Sculpture(s) should be in place at least 30 minutes prior to the event start time. Client accepts liability associated with the drain gear water levels and must ensure it is checked and emptied if/when necessary. Our C.O.I. is available upon request.

Strike / Tear Down

The client is responsible for the strike and disposal of sculpture/s unless discussed otherwise. Montaire Ice Sculpture may include strike and disposal service at an additional cost, but only if requested. Montaire Ice Sculptures reserves the right to strike sculptures at any time we feel safety becomes questionable due to inclement weather or any other circumstance leading to the loss of the display's structural integrity.

Cancellations

We understand that circumstances may arise where cancellation may be necessary, including but not limited to inclement weather, acts of god, sickness, and logistical issues. If you do have to cancel your event or move the date, Montaire Ice Sculptures will do our best to accommodate the delivery of your sculpture. Please understand that in some cases, we may be booked up for a future date. In some special scenarios, Montaire may accept a $250 per block cancellation fee rather than the invoice total amount, but only at Montaire Ice Sculptures' discretion.

We aim for 100% customer satisfaction, so if you have a question or concern, we are here for you at any time.
